    There is no reason for cynicism and mocking. There is the reason for crying 😢. The Conference which elaborated a number of fundamental disarmament treaties ( , , , ) stays idle for a quarter of century due to political differences among its participating states

    Went to my first diplomatic reception in forever today and we all spent most of it mocking the Conference on Disarmament for being useless. Nature is healing. 🌱
