  I am very sorry but there is NO WAY EU or NATO will ever stop Turkey (or Qatar) openly violating/breaching ArmsEmbargo on Libya. Every single day 2-3 flights plus into Misrata (C130 E) unload men, heavy weapons, drones etc.. @RussiaUN know this but do nothing. Words but no act.

  Hopefully Irini will just be a big joke. The Libyan government that you recognize will continue to procure weapons and military assistance to defend Libya against attack by Russian soldiers and any other country that practically declares war against Libya, whether UAE or France
