This approach is unacceptable to as it undermines prerogatives of State Parties to #CWC & @OPCW policy-making organs which are precluded from having any knowledge on contents of this meeting & are yet to have a formal discussion of the report of #IIT. @mfa_russia @rusembassynl
With this in mind we are not participating in the “informal-informal” IID and object the practice of interaction with the @OPCW Director-General behind the back of the vast majority of the OPCW membership. @mfa_russia @rusembassynl
