Were those "representatives" not actually from russia, but from Ukraine? I think they were from Crimea
There were no representatives of #Russian youth at the 8th Global Forum of @UNAOC.They registered as participants, but @USEmbRu in Moscow advised them to go to Vladivostok in order to try to get visas there. It's a shame that the youth becomes the target of such jokes @mfa_russia
