  Really? The world knows that Skripal was an ex-GRU agent who defected to the West & that Russia wasn't happy about this. The world knows that Russia had stockpiled Novichok which CAN be traced back to Russia. We now know that GRU agents were in Salisbury. More than a coincidence

  Russia had the same motive to attempt murdering Skripal as they did when dispatching Lugovoy to murder Litvinenko ....... it’s under “L” in the dictionary. A “lesson” to any other potential double agents, not to do it..... means, motive and history and now evidence.
