I have actually made this but in the oven with rope sausage instead of the lil ones. Add corn to the mix for more flavor. I think I actually posted pics of it early in the year. Oh a 100% could be a good option for a budget meal. The main critique is more so not draining any of the canned food and lack of seasoning. But otherwise cheap way to make a meal that can be kept for a while

Yep, that's why I do it in the oven. Drain it all, mix it all on a baking sheet, add some butter and seasoning, then cook for about 20 minutes or so. Make sure to cut up the rope sausage beforehand. All the juices mix perfectly and have a good cheap meal. Now I want some.

99 cent store: 5 lb bag of potatoes, can of broth, 12oz bag frozen pepper/onion mix, 12oz bag frozen green vegetable, chorizo. Just as cheap. Just as fast. Taste = much much better.
