After a great day of campaigning its nice to come home and finish cooking a delicious meal. Tonight it's from scratch chicken and dumplings that's been in the slow cooker since before I went on the district drive this morning. Yes I cook. Is this too much for a single man?

I do the same with homemade chicken and noodles. I can eat for 2 or 3 days and put some in the freezer for a later date. I don't know how to cook comfort food for one.

1/2 A real easy recipe as with all my meals. 2x 22oz cans of cream of chicken soup 4x 10oz cans of chicken broth 4-5 chicken breasts 2 packs of biscuits
