Nikki Haley in my opinion was a failed governor. The infrastructure of S.C. was horrible while she was in office. She had the confederate flag taken down but she left up the statue of Benjamin Tillman. Notorious supporter of Jim Crow, terrorist of blacks who wanted to vote!!
