Honest Question: If you made $400,000 a year, would you be okay paying your fair share in taxes to help those making $50,000 survive & have proper healthcare, etc. during a pandemic? I am tired of these millionaires telling us we don't deserve help while they get handouts.
If I made $400,000 a year you could tax the hell out of me because with what I make right now I know I don't need that much money to live happily. Let's end the greed and let's protect each other! #VoteBlueToSaveAmerica2020

Yes. I would care. All people especially children are important. They need education, food and shelter. Long as my bills were paid.

At a minimum, 17% of my gross income goes to taxes. I make around 60k a year. I don't even want them to pay more, but why aren't they at least paying the same percentage? Why all the tax cuts for them, but not for us?
I doubt most millionaires pay any federal taxes...not sure how they get to manage the money of those who do.
You should probably define "fair share." That's a really nebulous standard because everyone's perception of fairness is different. How much do you think a household that makes $400,000 a year should pay to the federal government in taxes?
