In what context does the last third of his tweet make any sense at all? He just loses the plot in the middle of the tweet but just craps out some more words anyway? This guy's mind is a rat's nest. He must be constantly over medicated... maybe he's "fighting" with his Rx 
He keeps saying this, but hasn't done anything to accomplish it. Just like his so called healthcare plan, this is just a lot of blowing smoke.
