Tests performed with results delayed this long should not be paid for by state or federal agencies. The delayee needs to eat that cost. Bet that reduces delays.

The truth here is bad enough. No need to make it sound worse. We don’t know (a) what percentage were positive, or (b) whether Walgreens provided results to individuals. We only know they didn’t report to the state.
