The USPS can deliver 200mil items daily & that's on normal days. During the 2018 holiday season, it delivered almost 15 billion packages. Cass County, ND (includes Fargo) says they just can’t count “that many” mail-in votes. But yet ND has no-excuse absentee ballots so...?? County election officials apparently decided “it’s safer” during a pandemic to go from 28 polling sites to 6. Smh
