Decriminalization must be in tandem with exoneration and decarceration of currently incarcerated by illegal marijuana charges. But yes.
That is exactly right. We will get those exonerated & restore their full rights including voting if their states deny for it. I grew up watching a lot of friends become second class citizens because of Marijuana convictions. That's just not right. We will get there & will fix it.
