What we need is a positive career building plan. Where people can get jobs, and training for a career. It would be mandatory for those able to work and if they turn it down because they don’t want to work then they get no help it’s simple! We need workers not parasites!

A payroll tax cut is a social security cut. That’s the end game.

The top 1% is profiting while the rest of us worry about being jobless, homeless, & hungry. Hope those big time landlords charging exorbitant rents end up taking it in the shorts as people can't pay & there are no replacement tenants w/ $ either.

So we can’t have both? What about all the people working everyday? Don’t they deserve a break? That is what a Payroll Tax Cut would do!

Cutting the employee share of payroll taxes gives the most help to higher earners, who are less likely to need the help or the extra money. Compounding the weaknesses of this approach, it does less for those with lower earnings and nothing at all for people who have lost jobs.
