I've read the White House is using the one manufactured by Abbott Labs. It is the only one I've seen written about that has the same day turn around. I've also read it's less accurate than a number of other tests, so there’s that.

the slowest test takes 4 hours to complete. If there's a medical lab there in the WH, then he could get several a day no problem. The others are 45 and 5 minutes.
