I heard today we are about to open up another floor for another COVID wing at the hospital. I hear the stress in the ICU nurses voices when they call in with PC problems, the long hours they have to work fighting this ungodly virus. They shouldn't have to do this, no one should.

It upsets me more daily watching ambulance after ambulance come in, the helicopter pads fill up with them coming & going. The fear in the nurses voice. My friends lives are on the line every day because people don't think of anyone else but themselves by not wearing a mask.

Sorry today hit me hard after a particular nurse called in from the ICU so frazzled that she forgot her password & couldn't get into the computer in one of the covid rooms. She broke down crying on the phone & it was heartbreaking. We have to get this under control Texas!

That something so simple as a password could break one of my strongest nurses really hits you. She has been through so much before all this. She was the last person I thought would. Please protect yourself & my fellow healthcare workers. I will continue to say, #WearADamnMask!!!
