When they briefly came back about ten years ago, they made fun of music videos from around then, both professional and amateur.

Agreed they need to riff on old school videos. It might confuse gen z since they don’t know what music videos are.
Last time around they watched Jersey Shore and maybe YouTube. I’m sure they’ll find something to make fun of.
I think they will miss the whole point--as MTV no longer even plays music videos anymore.
