Hey Russell......@TXWorkforce still won’t or can’t answer the phone. I’m in appeal status with unemployment.....no joy, since March. It is what it is. I check online a couple of times a day, no change & no date for the tribunal phone call. I’m ready, wish they were.
I have heard this from so many Texans. I had one friend have to physically go to the Denison workforce office to get her appeal fixed. The TWC people are so overwhelmed right now that it's hard for them to catch up. They should be 10 times more staffed to cover it's just so much.
Same goes for our Dept. of Public Safety right now as well. They have been down since March and started taking appointments to get licenses & things done starting July 1st. Nearest appointment time is mid September at this point. Our gov. systems are overwhelmed. Need to fix it!
