Kids will need to be taught from home more than likely, so we need high speed internet for them to be taught virtually. We need cheaper higher education so we can teach people new skills during this down time so our citizens are better prepared when the economy starts back.
We need to be working on infrastructure while we shut back down to get big highway projects completed while there is low traffic around the country, funding thousands of construction jobs and businesses.
There is so much we could and should be doing to not only protect American citizens, but also work to get this country back on track to where when we do start back up the proper way, we are set and already have a jump start.
