The numbers are up because it's the first week that the sick and furloughed are forced back to work because the GOP failed to help the most vulnerable so they could inflate trumps numbers.

The #unemployment rate can fall based on people being dropped from the rolls of people who are considered unemployed. You have to be seeking #work. After awhile, if you can’t get a job, you’re not considered unemployed. If you’re not looking for a #job, you’re not unemployed.

That's the underlying reason he wanted people back to work no matter what. FOR HIM. He doesn't care if they die. By the way, the people who have recovered are facing amputations and worse conditions and longer recoveries. Those are the healthy ones.
