Gee if only everyone could have access to a 5 minute test, instead of the tests that takes 3 days to get results back on, defeating the whole purpose of the test. 3-5 days for a negative result doesn't do any good if you go out during those 3-5 days and get infected. A lot can happen in 3-5 days. So when you get tested you might of been negative, but could of caught it any time in between test and result.
Also on the flip side, if someone is a positive, those 3-5 days of not knowing puts the general public at risk. They spend those 3-5 days oblivious. Just out and about spreading the virus to the people they are around unknowingly. Tests are good yes, but 3-5 days is worthless.
