Article II, Section 3, Clause 3 authorizes the president to adjourn Congress if the House and Senate cannot agree on the time of adjournment. So this only works if #MitchMcConnell is complicit. Hmm, maybe we are screwed.

the only news and I haven't heard it much is less than 1% of our people have been tested. Imagine what is going to happen if we had 10% so hold up the testing and open up the economy . .thats what's happenng
