Granted, ND's population is much lower. But same is going on here. Appears if symptoms are being tested, it's a very short list. Of course, no asymptomatic testing. Rather unsettling to see "stay home when sick" when we know people are contagious before symptoms appear /1
Couldn't agree more. Texas is way under-reported right now because of lack of tests. Right now a few counties in my district know they have cases but cant test, so numbers remain 0.
