I watched the past week how a homeless camp the size of a couple of blocks here in Sherman got destroyed by local officials. I talked to many in the past year and they were good people down on their luck, needing mental healthcare help, and our RED district has let them down.

when they have to come into the ER because they can't afford preventative healthcare and depend on emergency care as their only healthcare means, but are turned away or not listened to properly or taken seriously because they aren't insured. It has led to them being misdiagnosed.
That misdiagnosis has led to them living in pain until a point where they are back in the ER again dying and spending weeks in recovery when they finally diagnose correctly, and then charged OUTRAGEOUS fees that shouldn't of been charged in the first place if they got proper CARE
