I agree with this but in order to have truly accurate representation, you have to have STV congressional elections (ranked choice voting with multi-member districts), otherwise gerrymandering will still be a major problem.

26-50 because name recognition goes a long way and most people don’t do any research
A big reason why our re-election rates are so high is because of pork barreling to localities and personality politics. Those would still exist under publicly funded elections. We need to end the archaic, locality based systems as well.
