Portugal has seen great success in reducing overdose deaths by decriminalizing drugs and guaranteeing rehabilitation through a single payer healthcare system . We must follow the Portugal Model.

I was in Spain and Portugal over the holidays to see my son. It was unreal. The quality of life is so much better than ours. People live in a way that is free and happy. The rules are to help people not to oppose them. The population is who decides the rules not a ruling class

Fun fact about Portugal, when it (along w/ the Iberian Peninsula) was taken over by Muslims (700's), they imposed special taxes (Jizya) on Christians & Jews to fund public progs & replaced the taxes paid by Muslims of the time, the Zakat & Khums. Conversion released these taxes.
