Old Bridge passed res. for fed lawsuit vs NJ Gov. & AG stance on ICE raids barring local law enforcement from participating or cooperating with ICE. I spoke out against the resolution at council meeting arguing ICE has no business in OB because OB ranked 15th safest city.

Nj police cant stop, question, arrest, any1 based on their suspected immigration status, can not ask the immigration status of anyone unless part of an ongoing investigation of a serious offense, No NJ participation in ICE immigration raids, ICE can't access any state law...

Enforcement equipment, databases, ICE can't interview anyone arrested on criminal charges unless suspects are advised of their rights by their lawyers.... Township of Old Bridge council has a problem with those.
