Pretty sure you're mistaken about the first all women of color House delegation. Patsy Mink and Pat Saiki overlapped briefly in Hawaii's two-member delegation at the beginning of Mink's second period of service in 1990.
New Mexico voters have a chance this year to send a historic all-female U.S. House delegation to Congress, no matter which party wins races.
