RIP. A lot of African-American students walked out in solidarity with the Chicano Blowouts. My cousins went to Roosevelt High when there were still a few Blacks in Boyle Heights. They walked out. My godsister,other cousins and neighbors walked out of Manual Arts High on Vermont.
