So true. The only way folks here will respect me is if I stand on a street corner median and hold up a sign. They think "art" is some crap they saw on public access. And they equate jazz with Lawrence Welk. These folks need help. Badly.
We need to do an art project where I read one of my stories to a song of yours.

Great idea. You read the story and I come up with an improvised riff over it. Just like they did back in the days when horn players or even violinists riffed behind poets.
