I don't know what makes Trump think he can end birthright citizenship. Overturn the 14th Amendment? The principle of law was established in the Supreme Court decision United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898). Wong was ethnic Chinese and a native-born Californian.

Also if the 14th Amendment is warped, who gets to decide which baby gets to be an American & which doesn't? Given El Presidente Pendejo's racism, it will probably be only whites with Scandinavian roots.

Curious as to why you use the word “deport” to describe the illegal and unconstitutional expulsions of American citizens during the 1930s? It’s not an accurate term for this situation. American citizens cannot be deported.
