He was my grandfather's cousin and yes, I've paid my respects at Felix's grave. Thank you for doing the same, for sharing his story and for honoring his memory.
There's a great section about Felix in the documentary, "The Shadow of Hate" from the southern poverty law center. Shared it with my mid school students.

I gave a speech about him once in a college communications class. His story is the perfect illustration of so many political and social dynamics of the time. (Like the fact that the LBJs attended but no photos exist of them at Arlington...)
