Was stationed in #LemooreCa for 4years. Many on base lived in No. 16 Hanford; prior to enlisting (served 11years), I lived in No. 22 Stockton. My oldest son was born while living there. Bought my first Harley there too.

Lists like these are not scientific. The FBI warns against ranking based on crime rates. Graduation rates are easily manipulated by politicians, and correlate with income and race. Please don't give rankings like this underserved attention.
