NM groups weren’t silent. They were traveling to Artesia and raising awareness as well. Immigration attorneys were giving their time and groups were taking supplies down there. Groups like NM Dream Team were also stopping deportation buses.
A reporter who seeks to hold all sides accountable isn't a member of the opposing side just because the questions posed makes you feel uncomfortable. It's called #journalism
