Being banned from a for profit platform that requires you to agree to the terms of service for violating those terms of service is not a violation of ... Anything. It's a consequence for violating the terms of service repeatedly, as it states in the TOS, which again was signed.

Again..the 1A gives you the right to have a platform and me the right to have a platform. But it does not give you the right to say what you want on my platform or vice-versa. An analogy..I cant speak at CPAC in favor of repealing 2A - but that does not violate my 1A rights.

This is the part that always gets me. For people who declare they are so Constitution loving (like you), you are actually inventing law and legal theory. Do a little legal research that excludes Fox News and Brietbart.
