It feels like every week @TeamYouTube try to outdo themselves in being so out of touch with what people want.
It’d be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.
The day @TeamYouTube does good for smaller channels like mine is the day they actually care about the platform they created. They did once, but now that they have cash cows they don't care about anyone else but them.

Unless you bring in good views/money for them, they literally don’t give a shit about you. It’s a shame. Again, as soon as better alternative comes out, I can’t wait to see everyone jump ship.

Pretty much. At this point the only reason why I qualify for the new monetization is because I started so long ago. But since I don't actually monetize my videos I'll perpetually grow slowly cause YouTube doesn't wanna promote someone who doesn't make them money. Oh well.
