It's of course a lie, but the expanding substance of his complaint is notable. He's not just mad that trans girls exist, he's also mad that queer girls exist. He dropped the pretense of "biology"; if any girls do not conform to his preferred binary gender roles, he will be angry.

Yeah we started with "what about the irreversible medical procedures?!" and now we're on to panicking about kids who say they're bisexual and nonbinary.

Looking at this paragraph, there's no evidence showing that adults were spreading gender ideology at the camp. It could have been the kids themselves, for all we know.
