    Conversely, getting a 4th Rd pick for hiring a minority QB coach could be enough incentive such that head coaches are encouraged to do so and/or elect to hire a minority if close between two candidates. More minority QB coaches is critical to pipeline for OCs, HCs, etc. (2/2)

    No owner is going to hire a GM or head coach based on moving up 6-10 spots in the third round of the draft. If they hire a minority, it will because they believe they are the best person for the job, period. Which means the proposed rule is pointless. (1/2)
