When I was 19, I was sexually harassed on my job. I continued to work with my boss who harassed me for another year. I was never afraid, just disgusted with his behavior. Women put up with much to keep working. Sad to see women not understanding that and blaming us instead.

1/ agree it does not appear he was touching her in the photo. But it was still very poor taste and Al admitted that. I'm more concerned with her description of the forced kiss. As someone who has experienced that (yuk) her description sounded pretty real.
