Anybody know of any books about the history of parenting, parenting in different epochs etc? Also interested in histories of domestic labor which maybe are the same thing. My favorite in that category is Mrs Woolf and the Servants if that helps

The range I’ve personally seen is $70-$110 and with a little negotiating you can get to the top of that range. It depends on your location, in part. Also, fun fact, guess what Medicaid pays? $90. Not so bad— there are private plans that pay significantly less

Getting paneled takes a long time and the process is not transparent. But the benefit is that you can see people who don’t have $600 extra per month lying around. And it’s just not true that payments are universally terrible
