Does keeping cannabis illegal solve those mental health issues? I'd say allowing criminal gangs to sell cannabis does not help at all.

Making it legal would exacerbate the problem. It would encourage people to start using it when they wouldn't if legal. Again, ridiculous.

Alcohol and tobacco are widely used and far more harmful to our people and our society. Surely you are not suggesting making both illegal?
