    I think Johnson’s bored with the virus now & tired of being hamstrung by the need for Parliamentary support from Baker’s bonkers brigade. In the absence of anything truly apocalyptic, he’ll stick to the current course come what may & back himself to brazen out any consequences.

    We need to put forward case for socialism as this pandemic crisis proved capitalism has failed us. Trade Unions now need to come out & fully support campaign for £15 an hr min wage & SSP at living wage & be ready to call for a Gen Strike if our demands are not met

    Well fancy that.. Conservative MP Iain Duncan Smith worked as a paid adviser to a hand sanitiser manufacturer at the same time as co-chairing a UK government taskforce that recommended reviewing the guidelines on hand sanitisers. Byotrol Technology paid Smith £25,000 a year.

    Rejecting masks isn't concern for the welfare of children. If you really wanted to protect them you'd filter their air, make online learning available *to all* & endorse wearing masks *for everyone* as a matter of course. Kids have no problem with masks, this is *your* hang-up.
