The first time I flew out to a business meeting in LA, they had doughnuts, and in the box of doughnuts, little plastic knives so people could cut them up. Because eating a whole one was apparently considered the equivalent of eating a whole loaf of bread.

In the UK, they put "bags to share" directly on them, so you can remind yourself you're a fat pig when you finish the whole bag yourself
