oh my god, I don't know why holding in sneezes only recently started popping my back, but it's so good. it's so good.

@RonnieFilyaw IIRC holding in sneezes can give you an aneurism so don't do that
@GruntyThrst But not holding them in can puncture a lung or something. I highly doubt many people die from sneeze holding =p
