Honestly, a good set of tutorials is often better than an entire university course. At that point, $1 per minute is a bargain

This is probably the most accurate pricing, or if you feel confident in what your video will teach perhaps 2$ per minute. There's people like Blender Guru who make astounding tutorials for Blender, so you'll have to cross ref the vid and see if it's worth pricing it yourself.
