this is actually an old method of storing eggs. Y'know before we had refrigeration. The liquid they're stored in was typically vinegar.

In all honesty, the thing that made me giggle about this is the sticker that says 5 boiled eggs. Is it a ridiculous miscount? Are only 5 of them boiled? Are only 5 of them *eggs*?
