@RonnieFilyaw ronnie i can't remember if you've mentioned it but what do you use to keep track of in/out? app/website? doctor and me agree i need to cut back.
https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html … Using this website, I find my target calorie number. 1,000 below "Maintain Weight" I write on my whiteboard a number that starts at 0. If I eat more than the target that day, I add the difference to the tally. If I eat less, I subtract it.
