Update on my diet, because you wonderful people care about how I'm doing: It's still going great! Some bumps in the road, but I always have a cumulative calorie count that tells me how I'm doing. It only takes a few days to fix a big booboo, so it never feels like I've failed
I've definitely noticed I drink *way* more fluids on the diet just because my body is saying, "We used to get water from all that food :("

for me Ronnie, it's more like "Well...we're not eating a full pack of sweets and a huge chocolate bar for lunch, so....how about we eat some pineapple instead?" I drink maybe one zero sugar/zero cal soda a day in the daytime, then maybe a single beer at night.

but for real, the soda and the sweets are the real "God I miss this". I woke up this morning with an INSANE headache, due to lack of sugar. I also suppose I'm pretty hungover from playing Jackbox games with my new friends... :D
