I also purchased a small bulk of psyllium husk powder to supplement my soluble fiber, but I'm not sure how I should use it. Any of you used that before? How did you use it?

If I need to boost soluble fiber my go to is chicory. Brewed like coffee, or with coffee. So, sorry, no help from me
