That red thing (which i never know what meat it is, despite eating a lot of them. Pork?) is looking darn fine. Very lean.

Oh, you mean the rib? Yeah. Don’t tell the rabbi but the only plausibly kosher thing in those pictures is the tongue tacos. Tongue is awesome.
